Kamisaka Sekka (神坂 雪佳, 1866-1942) est une figure artistique importante du Japon du début du XXe siècle. Né à Kyoto dans une famille de samouraïs, ses talents pour l'art et le design sont reconnus très tôt et il finit par s'allier à l'école d' art traditionnelle Rinpa. Il est considéré comme le dernier grand représentant de cette tradition artistique.
